Asylum08 Report: Part 2/2

The first photo op I had was with Samantha. Except for chaotic4life we all had a photo op with her. It was funny, b/c we were from Germany and Austria and every time she tried to guess, she just picked the wrong one *g* And she was talking constantly *lol* So, it was very hard to shut up for a second to take the pic and not look stupid! But it did turn out good *g*

Yep, and this was pretty much the only photo op I had on Saturday.

On Sunday… the very first thing in the morning was Katie’s photo! And OMG I was sooo nervous and excited and afraid that the pic would turn out awful! But it didn’t and I’m so glad b/c otherwise I might would have cried *g* And did I mention that Katie is soooo extremly pretty? *happy sigh*

After that Michaela and I had our photo op with AJ and Travis!! And yeah, I already went into detail about that, so I wont say more… except that I love Travis!! *ggg*

Next up? STEVE!! For two conventions I wanted to make a pic with him and it never worked out. But this time? It did! And the pic is cool. I’m happy.

Jim was the last one. amandil12 had a single one, whereas Michaela and I had a pic together… and I had a single shoot as well. So, first we did the double shoot and after that, I finally got to ask him if we could do a very tough Hunter’s pose! And of course we did! And the pic is beyond awesome! I love it and I think I’ll post it! (I know, usually, I don’t post stuff like this, but this time I have to make an exception b/c the pic really kinda rocks :D

Nothing really spectacular happened at the autograph signing. Jim again signed with a German phrase (after he’d heard that we were from Austria) And we were chatting a little bit about the fact that he knows German (but only a handful of words... he even talked in German - or at least tried to *g* )

Oh and I got to bitch at Lauren LOL Okay… but in a jokingly way. My poster already has a lot of signatures and there was not much space left. But I’m still missing Jensen’s signature on it so of course I reserved a space right beside Jared’s. I put my name tag on it so that no one signs there. But of course Lauren tried to remove it. And I was like “Oh no, I’m so sorry this place is reserved for Jensen” LOL yeah… and she said something like “Ohhhh okay… at least I know where I stand” and giggled! It was hilarious.

Well… what else? The Dealer’s Room was a joke!! I only bought a license plate sticker and that’s it! No companion book, no magazines or comics…! Nothing!! That was pretty much a letdown b/c I was prepared and willing to spend quite a bit of money there :-/

All in all the convention was great and I don’t regret that I went there. I was a little bit disappointed about the Hilton hotel though, b/c I thought it’d be way more luxurious. *shrugs*

Oh on the last evening we skipped the karaoke party and went on a little adventure trip lol Outside the hotel there was a small dark path between a little park… or whatever that was (lots of trees and a lake) and we had the glorious idea to wander off into that one and look for any “supernatural” stuff LOL Well….. let me tell you, it was fun, wandering around in the middle of nowhere with lots of strange noises and lots of spiders, stinging nettles and other stuff I dont even wanna know LOL Thankfully Sadly, we didn’t see any Wendigos, werewolves hellhounds or whatever.

Yeah, as you see, Marshmallow times are always the best and funniest times ever. I was really sad that the weekend went by so quickly… but hey… Eyecon in about 5 months!!! So, again there’s something to look forward to :D

Yes of course I want to see my girl with Steve!! :D
