It would have sounded a bit cooler if I was just some American or European who happened to know this exotic language called Hebrew, wouldn't it? Alas, I am indeed from Israel; knowing Hebrew was pretty much a given since the day I was born. :P
Well, Michael looks familiar, obviously. lol. :P I recognize Stef (mainly because I had seen pictures of her before the con), but not so much the others. I do however remember seeing Michael taking a picture with a few girls - apparently you guys - I just don't think I remember specific faces. I was pretty much in a daze by then, hehe. ;) Which one are you? (if you don't mind me asking :)).
Re: Alona. It's a pleasure translating it for you. It's not often that I have the opportunity to use this skill I have to help others. :P One of the first things he said to her was "I miss you" in Hebrew. Aww. The last bit of the vows was indeed "I love you". Aww again. :D As for the interview with Alona --
Interviewer: Why did you decide to have the wedding in Israel? Alona: Because of my grandmother. Interviewer: Really? Alona: My grandmother is 87 years old, and she's one of the most amazing women in the world, and they fell in love with each other, and he decided that we would have the wedding here.
Ok, no problem. Just to make sure I get it right though - it's tinkabell007@liveinode.at, right? Or scratch the "live" part too?
lol, I know what you mean, that's why I enjoy reading long recaps as well. I also love hearing people's personal views on things that had happened and their little anecdotes, and it gives me a chance to relive the whole thing. Of course then I get all depressed and wish I had a time machine or something, but never mind that...:P
